The room was clean and quiet even though it was facing the road. There are some nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood and it is nice to walk down the streets in the evening. The tram stop is just 2 mins from the hotel. It was comfortable and value for money as most other hotels in Zurich are quite expensive.
Firstly the hotel is not a 3 star. There was no fridge/minibar or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The hotel is quite far from the city and takes 20 mins by tram to get to the city. Breakfast is not included and it costs an additional 18 Euros per person. One of the towels was stained in the bathroom when we occupied it and we asked for it to be changed, and the liquid soap was not refilled when empty and we had to call front desk for a refill. There was not enough space for storing our suitcase even though it was a small one.

This hotel has been newly renovated to an very good standard with modern bathroom and room design. Lovely lobby entrance. My room was very quiet although it faced the street and I was given courtesey ear plugs just in case (nice idea but wasn't needed). It was very neat and clean and sheets were of excellent quality. Free internet and computer in the lobby. Staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I liked this hotel very much. Close proximity to the train station.
-
Excellent modern room facilities, and very clean room with excellent bed and good sound proff windows at the street. Also great that it is at walking distance from Zurich Oerlikon Railway Station
Pitty -if I am right - that there is no fitness room.
-
Tidy room, friendly staff, welcoming neighborhood with good restaurants. Breakfast was good. Although it might not be for everyone, I enjoyed the small assymmetrical room size. Nice details, good light for work. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Thanks, hdh
Windows in breakfast area were closed the second day of my stay and I preferred them open. I'm sure its noisier, but I liked the ventilation on the first day.

Good room in a well-connected and lively part of the city. Tv had an extensive range of channels, including bbc1,2,3 and cbbc which was a nice touch. Free Wifi worked well and a computer was always available. Nice hotel and friendly staff.
Breakfast was very expensive for what you got, although Zurich in general is very expensive so was in keeping with local prices.

My room was the cleanest I have ever seen. Absolutely spotless and high quality fittings too. Breakfast was good also, and not too pricey.
-
Beautiful room, nice location, friendly staff, so easy around the area, highly recommended
-
Staff friendly, common areas and rooms clean
Breakfast. I thought the breakfast menu was limited and not value for money
-
Very friendly staff and nicely furnished roomand bathroom. Can travel to downtown by tram within 15 mins.

If price is a concern inside the city, this is alternative good location, 2 train stops, 6mins away from Zurich hb. Besides the hotel looks modern and chic. Hotel is less than 5mins walk to Oerlikon train station. There is a nice Vietnamese restaurant near the hotel for an alternative choice of food. Airport is 20mins by tram ride, a few steps from the hotel, or a train stop away, less than 5mins to the airport.

This hotel has modern & stylish rooms with air con.The beds are comfortable and I found it quiet for sleeping at night. There is a good selection for breakfast and the wifi connection was good in the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get to the city centre with bus or trams leaving not far from the hotel.I Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.
-
Good breakfast buffet with possibility to order fresh made eggs
-
Staff very friendly and rooms clean and efficient
Breakfast was limited and not value for money. Parking outside hotel should be reservable, not be first come first serve. This would be particularly appropriate for older guests or those with very young children. 1 space should be reserved for check in and check out so luggage could be transported more easily

The room was very clean with modern furnishings and bathroom. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. I liked the location to the main street shopping strip but ultimately my choice for ease of access to the airport was the reason for booking this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer to explore the local area more thoroughly.

The location was perfect for the ballet festival we were in Zurich for. The location is very well connected to the main train station. Very modern decor, immaculate and quiet room. Reception staff very helpful.
